Default gas in intake piping

Hey guys, Im new to this site so be gentle. I have a 93 legacy with ej22 that I just replaced the engine in. The engine turns over but wont start, I have compression, spark and fuel. And I noticed that after cranking a few times, I had gas pooring out of the intake tube. So I took the tube off and it looks like the gas is coming out of the IAC valve assembly. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Ok, so I pulled the intake mani off and I noticed that the number one cylinder was completelt full of gas. I figure its probably an EXTREMELY leaky injector. What do you guys think?Could a leaky injector be leaking enough to cause fuel to poor out the IAC valve?

Can't be explained any other way can it? EIther a fault with your fuel rail or the injector itself or the seal between them. There's no reason why petrol ('gas' made me scratch my head for a bit!) it should be coming out of the idle valve ever!

Yeah, sorry about the "gas" thing, I live in the US. I assumed that a leaky injector was the culprit. I bought a new fuel rail with injectors today and put it on... still wont start. The engine just turns and turns and nothing happens. Any ideas? Already checked for compression and spark, and the timing is spot on. Im really at a loss with this thing.
