dont know mate but if your stuck for a rear bumper ive 1 in white cluttering up my shed you can have it all you need to do is cover the postage as im in N.Ireland

AFAIK yes. I've just bought a rear bumper off a UK Turbo 2000 MY97 saloon and it's the same as my WRX MY98 wagon. All classic rear bumpers seem to be interchangeable. There only seem to be two designs from what I could see, one has two clear lines around it horizontally just above the number plate recess; the other is more rounded and there is only one clear line showing. Presumably the first is pre-facelift, the latter is facelift.
