Extensively dyno tested

This kit works in just the same way as a chip (such as those sold by Superchips) but does not require opening of the car's delicate Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Instead the kit attaches to the wiring which is easily accessible under the bonnet - which in turn leads back to the ECU. This kit also gives you fully adjustable control of the power your car develops. This way you can have extra power when you need it and standard economy when you don't (or anywhere in between).

Position 0 - car unaffected, normal fuel consumption.

Position 1-10 for increased fuelling and advanced ignition - depending on your needs.

"Chipped" cars have more power because they have increased fuelling (more petrol entering the cylinders) and advanced timing (makes the spark plugs fire a tiny bit earlier). The VariPower kit achieves these two functions in a different way to changing the expensive ECU chip. It connects to cables which are easy to get to under the bonnet or at the ECU and gives you a totally variable controller.

"We have sold hundreds of VariPower units over the last few years and gained the most wonderful feedback. Customers only need to look back through the feedback to see how well these units work. The gains are huge!"

very very bad products, just because it doesnt connect direct to the ECU doesnt make a difference its just on the other end of the same wire.

most of them basically trick the ECU into thinking that its getting cold air when really its hot air coming in. like if you have just started your car you will get alot more boost than if you have been sitting in traffic as the car is hot. they trick the ecu and tell the car the air coming in is cold. so your car thinks ok loads of cold air coming in i can give you x amount more boost.

yeah great idea if you want your turbo to go to full boost when its already boarderline hot.

im not talking about running at full boost, i mean your car is set to run a max of say 1bar but when the car is very hot then the ecu will stop the car running at 1bar and only run at a safe amount like 0.5bar due to the amount of heat. once the car has cooled down slightly then 1bar will be achieved again on a normal engine.

you can do this yourself without even buying a chip, you just swap 2 wires over on the maf sensor and it will think the air coming in is permanetly cold. most people dont realise the amount of extra wear they are putting on their cars with these chips. very very bad STAY AWAY!!
