Is it a shrieking noise? then it is probably a hose leaking.
If it is a whistling noise then that is normal.
If it is a fluttering noise it is probably the wastegate which is normal.
If it is something wrong with the turbo it would go bang very quickly.
If it is a mechanical noise then it may be the turbo has insufficient oil pressure as they tend to float on the bearings.

Yep i got a power intake... but i dont understand why on my vf24 i was not listen any whistling sound and now listen a big Wooooshhh from the turbo any time!!
ït's not a grinding noise i'm sure about that!!
so i don't know!! may that kind of turbo is really different as the original vf24... i don't know!! but i feel that it's little strange how my car load now with that turbo...
the turbo had a dual port wastegate fitted with!! and i don't know how to connect on the original position of the hoses with a dual port ?? did you know??
thanks

Because that is a hybrid turbo the turbine/compressor wheel combination is normally chosen to achieve more boost quicker and so it spools up quicker.
With a power intake you will hear it a lot more and as it spins up easier to higher speeds you will hear it more.
It is difficult to say anything else without seeing the installation and hearing the turbo working, i would suggest that you take the car to a specialist for a second opinion.
Perhaps you can contact Turbo Dynamics for technical assistance.
