Default fuel pressure regulator

where is it ?

MY95 WRX.

sometimes i have poor cold satrting, changed water temp sensor,still like it,not as bad tho,but if i start car straight away from making ignition live (unarming it) it does it more so,if i wait about 10 seconds it doesnt do it, maybe fuel pressure ??????

I doubt it will be fuel pressure, more likely to be idle control valve is getting sticky and the valve is slow to move? Just thinking logically. How does the car drive? Say if you drove along the road at 3000rpm and dipped the clutch and removedthe foot from the throttle, would it die down and pick back up to idle or would it act as it should?

The fuel pressure reg is right in front of the turbo above number three piston.

yeah,if i dip the clutch and take off the gas, it drops to idle level,900 rpm or so,not below
