Why were you advised not to use the NGK pfr7b's?

ive just had PFR7B fitted and car runs alot better, it pulls alot better with no hesitation, but iirc my mechanic mentioned these plugs as they work at a lower temp, meaning cars running big boost.
My plugs werent too bad and even they were the PFR7B and the cars had some essentials added lol but i would recommend them.

What is the equivalent of the PFR7B for the hawkeye?
It currently takes the long reach NGK ILFR6B plug , but there doesn't seem to be an ILFR7B.
