if your car is a 94wrx saloon then it has a td05 already..

other than ecu it should be a straight swap if your car is a 94 wrx JDM wagon and therefore you would just need a TD05 ecu or a remap.

The markings on my mates 94 wrx were a bugger to find as they are on the front housing at the bottom (a few pipes had to be removed to get a piccy)

Markings on my TD04 were a doddle.. Kinda look at the turbo, then move down towards the front of the car, and the next gap in the pipe work you should see the casting markings!

Unless its an automatic, a 1994 JDM car wont have a TD04.

Its worth checking as you don't know what a previous owner may have done

But I agree any standard JDM Saloon from 1994 should have a TDo5 as standard..
