Default standard boost

what is or should be standard boost

on a uk 2000 wagon turbo

as just fitted a boost gauge an on full boost get around 1.1 bar

on standard set up

iisthat correct ?

think its a bit high but these cars all seem to run at different pressures my standard 99 sti runs 1.4 bar

Should be .8 bar standard. Do you have the prodrive performance pack?

If its completley standard, thats a little high. PPP will consist of a prodrvie back box, you should be able to see the writing on the tailpipe. And the turbo to intercooler hose will be a blue silicone one, with prodrive on the underside, it might not be visible when fitted.

my my99 was boosting to 1.1 bar and as far as i knew mine was standard when i bought it,got an apexi pfc now,if i opened up the ecu is there any way to tell if it was standard just by looking at it anyone?

different boost gauges often give out funny readings , could have somethin to do with it

Should be 0.8 bar if its standard. Mine has PPP and i get around 1.1bar
