hi could someone tell me how to adjust the waste gate
when i put my hand on it, its loose.

depends which turbo i think,recently fitted a td05 that was not adjustable but the td04 that came off had the end fitted to a thread with a locknut.

personally i would probably change it if it is freeplay as it could be the actuator is on its way out.

 

Adjusted my td05 so that the penny valve could only just spin on its seat..... thats obviously with the turbo off the car before fitting it,it was fairly sloppy to start with...... you sure yours has no adjustment tony?

 

yes mate just a solid bar,as with yours mine was lsloppy aswell,so i used the actuator off my td04 instead.
