PFR7b There are different letters eg the standard fit plug is PFR6g but you'll find no problems in use with the difference.

I'm changing mine while the engine is out

I've never changed them with the engine in but know of people who have. They say it's a bit fiddly but not that difficult. I think you have to unbolt the engine mounts and jack the engine up slightly to gain access to the plugs.

Na not a mission. Tis quite easy, use 3/4 drive tools. Remove washer bottle, battery, air filter housing so you can get to them easily.

I managed it without even removing the battery.

Its all in the tools. With the right tools in can be done in under half hour.

Agreed, you don't have to remove it. I found it made the job easier though. And as Davros has said, its all in the tools. Its not as hard as some people would make you think.

Anyone???

I want to do this tomorrow so a bit of help on this would be nice!!! I got a K&N so access is not really an issue... Just gotta get the water bottle off!

Just need to know the sizes of sockets I need and what other little tricks that I need to look out for when I am doing it...

I got mine from Halfords. 10 mm plug socket. You will also need some sort of extension as the plugs are quite deep in the block.

Washer bottle is easy, take the pipe off that connects to the washer jets and point it to the floor between the engine and the bodywork until its drained, then undo the rear washer pipe if there is one and the 2 bolts and remove.
