does anybody know how to fit an electronic delimiter/converter to a 95 uk turbo?? cheers.

problem i have got is i have droped a 95 wrx engine box and diff into 95 uk turbo and now my(electronic) speedo is now reading in kph and i am hitting speed limiter at about 70-80 mph, where clocks are reading 120mph at this point??
it also has the z4 ecu fitted.
