Default Lighweight flywheel, 550g crank pulley, SHOULD I uprate the other pulleys?

Hey folks. Since I have an Exedy 5.75kg flywheel and clutch being fitted (As long as BOB'5 gets them to me on time! ). I decided to get a 550g CDF racing crank pulley (Len is replacing a seal behing the pulley so it made sense to try it .

My question is SHOULD I change the other pulleys to lightweight too? I was think power steering in particular but alternator too if needed.

Yes I have read the many different threads on here but since I have already got the crank pulley I thought I would ask before the belts are all loosened to do the work .

Cheers,

Nick .

It is nice to have a lightweight pulley on the alternator and power steering but it is as much for appearance as anything else. You wont notice the difference between with or without these two pullies.

After speaking to Len, he said that despite what some folks said he had always found the engines to run very well with the lightened exedy flywheels. He didn't say jump at lightening the crank pulley, he said 'give it a go' as it in can't really do any harm trying it.

I am both glad and a little gutted (tart in me) about the other pulleys. Thanks guys
