Default Boost solenoid cleaning

Have used search and found most of the info i need but...............
when you squirt brake cleaner into the pipes surely you are just pushing any crud further into the pipes?

no, when you squirt the brake cleaner you are loosening // disolving the crud in the pipes so therefore it comes out easier.

but surely unless you completely remove pipes the softened up cruds got no where to go rather than stay in system,there isn't enough space to move the solenoid end of the pipes into a position so as the fluid runs back out....if you see what i mean
