Default Coolant help

Wanting to change the coolant in my 99UK Scoob. Problem is it seems that I should be using a specific type of coolant with anti-rust inhibitors and possibly silicate free?? Can someone help out as to what I should be getting please!

Silkolene pro cool is a top coolant, all weather, corrosion protection, no silicates bla bla bla etc etc, I use it in all my motors.

Your not supposed to use red if you have previously used blue or green & vice-versa, not sure why tho.
