Default knock?

recently got my car mapped with an apexi pfc,manage to get my head around the controller apart from the knock? can someone tell me what is this and what safe level should read on the controller? max it has registered so far in 7????

no problem...

get used to what it is at normally after using the loud pedal and then if it changes dramatically you know something is up.
