Talking

Havent used the P1 for the last 10 days, its been in the garage though. Wife goes to use it this morning, turns key, click followed by one tone of siren followed by click followed by one tone of siren etc. She rings me, I am 70 miles away and just missing a train, and tells me.

(Why do they do that? As if I can do anything about it from there).

Just been out to the car and thought it might be a flat battery but after jumping it with my company car battery it is behaving exactly the same.

Anybody had this sort of thing happen before. This is the 3rd Scooby we've had and never had a problem like this before.

Just called out Subaru Assistance for tomorrow.

Any info would be appreciated.

May be a stupid thought - is the immobiliser disarmed?

Or it may be jammed on?

Well, the Mondial guy came out and using his booster cables jump started her.

It appears that the Jump Cables I had ex Shell garage are a load of cr@p.

Also it appears that Trackstar is causing the drain (according to the Mondial guy anyway) He reckons that he knows of two other P1's in this area which have a problem if they are left for a couple of weeks.

Well I am going to check this out with RACTrackstar and see if they agree.

Thanks for your comments
