Hi! PLEASE CAN YOU TELL ME CAN I FIT AN STI (ECU) TO MY 99my IMPREZA TURBO, WITH OUT TO MUCH TROUBLE? AND WILL THIS GIVE ME THE EXTRA BHP WITH OUT DOING TO MANY UNDER BONNET MOD`S ? I ALREADY HAVE A BLITZ SUS CONE + SEBRING EXTREME XT REAR BOX, JUST WANT TO GET A BIT MORE FROM IT,I HAD A 98my CAR WHICH WAS MUCH QUICKER,
I APPRECIATE YOUR COMMENTS

The STi ecu has a different pin configuration to the Eurospec/Uk car, also its mapped to 100/102 ron fuel. it can be done with some wiring changes. the fuel map will not be "right" of course but may be somewhere handy.

btw turn off the caps lock

Sti have diferren cams than non STI versoin. It needs diferrent program. Im sure STI ECU on MY99 UK will not work well.

And different turbo and rev. limiter is higher witch can couse engine damage due strong vibrations over 7000rpm.
