i think the cel warning can only be changed on the laptop whilst mapping.

the CEL flash on knock is only accessable on the laptop.. I would suggest if it is flashing you speak with whom ever mapped it to get it checked as generally what happens is the car is mapped and then the highest knock reading whcih was known to not be actual knock just engine noise is then used to derive a CEL knock indication ie. that plus an amount.. if you are getting the CEL flashing you need to get it checked.. it might be purely that the level is set too low and all is well or it is actually knocking and you need it tweaked or have dodgy fuel in the tank or something somewhere has altered on the car.. gasket leak or a new part has been fitted.. etc..

the PowerFC will need setting up to control the boost.. if it was mapped with the ebc on then it is most likely the boost in the powerfc is just set up as a fuel cut..

what year is the car as 25 may be high if it is a 99/00 but within a reasonable range if a 95 etc.. obviously only a guide but different years generally make differing noise levels.

25 is usually perfectly normal on a 93, however I would get it checked just in case.. it may be that the car no longer has the original engine in for example.

it needs the boost mapping, target and duty and ideally the fuelling checked and det monitored as the ebc may have held the boost less or more etc.. not likely to mimic the ebc exactly...
