Can anyone help wih some advice? (Sti 8)
Hey guys,
As i've previously mentioned in a recent post i've returned back to scooby ownership after some years and I am looking to add some BARK to the STI's bite.
Its a 2003 STI type UK with nothing but the addition of a prodive (oval tailpipe) back box. After comparing memories of my old car to this, I find it extremely quiet...
(see my thread on my exhaust dilema) https://www.scoobynet.com/general-te...e-exhaust.html
Just a back box is all im looking for I guess... nothing in terms of BHP i know but hey...
My previous impreza sti ver 3 also had a pipercross induction kit fitted by yours truly and I never once experienced a problem and it sounded great... but from reading these sacred pages I get the feeling this option is a NO NO on the later cars...
Is this true?
Any advice would be a great help,
Cheers
Chris
