Default Really need some help folks

Hi folks. Really need your help with this one. just bought a 97 sti type r. after owning it for 4 wonderful days it done the big ends in big time. made a real mess of the engine. got a new engine at the weekend and fitted it now i cant get the thing to start. new engine is using all my own sensors, manifolds, turbo etc. checked all wiring and cant see anything wrong. it was only getting a spark on the front 2 plug leads. changed leads etc and still only on front 2. got a new coil and was getting a spark on all 4. fitted plugs and leads back in and still wouldnt start. checked spark again and back to only the front 2. keeps blowin the back 2 on the coil. any ideas? runnin outta cash fast and its makin my first scoob experience a bit crap.

any help would be sweet. cool forum by the way. matt

did you check the spark plugs ie used new ones?
also how did you check for the sparking?
try and check the input to the coil pack there need to be two wires which switch between 12V and ground. (use a voltmeter with min max memory)
