What makes the VF22 weak ?

As above was gonna try one of these as i heard people claiming they make good power 350bhp+ with lag,but someone called them the chocolate turbo and put me off,so i just wondered what the weak point was or any info from anyone running one with 1.3bar+

Weak compressor wheels, shatter under high boost so I heard.

Try an MD304 which is a VF22 hybrid with a different (and stronger) compressor wheel among other things. One on Ebay at the mo.
