So basically Rip my exhast off then turbo off
Then Remove the old manifold that been on car from when it was born.
the Manifold Bolts not looking that good. bit rusty lol
Then replace the manifold in the picture and wrap it with exhaust wrap.
Any tricks of the trade to get the old rusty exhaust manifold off
Cheers

because there are holes in the manifold which are for the lamba sensor...
As my turbo classic 2000 has the lamba sensor in downpipe. could i just get some blanking plugs to screw in.
that should be ok for a replacement....
cheers

not 100% sure but think the lamba sensor has to stay in your down pipe when i had my decat downpipe fitted on my98 it had to be put back.i think it will cause running probs, error codes thrown up etc but dont quote me on that

Fitted the manifold and everythink today..
managed to get a blanking plug for the lamba sendor hole in the manifold.
fitted it with with new suburu gaskets and even put some high temp sealant.
started first time and it seems like it revs alot better now.
i am getting good now with my spanners lol
