The H is more a 400bhp turbo and the T is more a 450bhp one.

the T will be more laggy than the H on a 2 litre but still 1 of the less laggiest 450 bhp turbos out there

my T is on a 2.5 and there's no lag at all
my mate has the H on his 2 litre and i'm only 0.2 second quicker than him on the drag strip 1/4 mile . same gearbox and everything. but 40 bhp difference.

i'd stay stick with an H unless you REALLY want 'that' figure, then go with the H.

4th gr on a 6speed see's 1bar at 3000rpm and 1.5bar+ at 3400rpm, this is on an MY05 STi (so has vvt) running a MD321T and GTSPEC headers.

My 321T makes 1 bar by 3300 and 2 bar by 3800 on a built 2.0 (STI4)

Oh yes However not for much longer as I am going 2.35 and rotated

I must say though I really don't think the T is too laggy for a 2.0, a 20G's spool is no better imo, I had a 20G on my other Scoob (another STI4) and that only hit 1 bar by just over 3k revs.

The obvious caveat being you do need a 'built' 2.0 to run a T
