Apexi AVCR on low boost?
I just had my car mapped and a sports cat DP fitted the same time.
Every thing is great and a good improvment.
Because there are 2 settings on the avcr i wanted one a full boost and asked if the other could be set at around .9bar for some sort or economy.
When i got the car he said he had a lot of trouble trying to get the car to hold back the boost to .9bar, and it will boost to 1.1bar and bounce between there and .8bar, will not keep a steady boost.
the other setting is great holds steady at 1.3bar.
Has anyone done this and managed to get it to hold at the lower boost smoothly?
Cheers, Guys.

I have my AVCR configured with two settings. Main A setting will allow peak boost of about 1.6 bar.
B setting allows .8 bar and is used on greasy roads. If yours is boosting well above the preset boost on low setting then probably needs duty cycle reduced and perhaps some play with RPM specific settings.
Took me ages to get my settings right, but I'd definitely start by reducing the duty cycle in the range where it overshoots.
