hi,
i would just like to know what i could set my boost to, with it still been safe to drive every day. below is my spec so far.
Lowered by 35mm
Newage 17" Wheels with Bridgestone all round
Upgraded Turbo to the TD05 with matching ECU
440cc Yellow Top injectors
Group N Downpipe
Hks Turbo Timer
HKS Air Filter
Front Strut Brace
HKS Exhaust System complete with Dragger rear box and Sports Cat
API Clutch
Upgraded to 4 Pot front brakes
Upgraded Coolant hoses
Forge Dump Valve
Short Shifter

1.1bar would be alright imo(3 Bar Racing---Home Page) formally known as the Dawes device is a manual boost controller which can be set to whatever you want just get it set up properly.
If you have a bit more money to spend check PolarPerformance as Scott t can provide a chip to be soldered into your spare ecu port and that will improve your boost/fuelling maps (about £195 iirc).
What ecu is in it as you are running 440s yet the early cars came with 380s?
I guess it's running alright just curious.
