radiator????

Default radiator????

i have a s reg 2000 awd turbo i have been using a lot of water it seems to come out of the water resivoir down the driver side between the head light and the battery no mayo type substance in oil and fan comes on also my sister had same problem on her car (not a subaru tho ) and it was a radiator problem with her
do you think it is the same or something else

It could be air in the system or your radiator is collapsing, though you will see higher temps if it is, feel the rad from the bottom, it is suppose to be hot from the bottom to the top, also if the water is being forced out id get it checked out by a garage, it doesnt take much to warp heads on an alloy engine and make life more expensive

check the front of the end cap on the left had side of the radiator, they are prone to hair line cracks that open up when the engine is hot.

must have seen this hundreds of times to be honest.

very common fault.
