Default check engine light not on

normally when you turn your ignition on, relays click, the fuel pump makes a noise and the check engine light is on the dash (it goes out once the engine starts) well when my ignition is on no click or noises can be heard, the check engine light isnt on and it wont start, is there a main fuse i have missed or a relay, cheers phil.

checked all the fuses twice and noticed one off the green 30A fuses looked a little grey, so changed it and it was that, thanks very much for all you help in my little problem, just one more thing, why would such a big fuse blow like that, could the injectors being wired up the wrong way round do it, thanks phil.
