MAF compatibility?

MAF compatibility?
Hello!
I want to try another MAF for my 1996 WRX RA to help diagnose what's wrong with it, i'm wondering if the MAF from a 1995 STi would be ok to use?
My MAF (96 WRX RA) has the code "22680 AA200 A36-601R62" (blue label).
The 95 STI MAF has the code "22680 AA160 A36-000 R60 5X10B" (green label).
Any help much appreciated! Cheers
