does any of you already use FC tune software for apexi power FC ? using FC datalogit to connect for now...

this product looks amasing !
I have a Power FC and was about to buy a FC datalogit. But I'm just thinking I should ait for FC tune box instead as the soft looks mutch better.

what is your view on this ?

 

I saw that post a while back.

Decided to use datalogit instead, which is real easy to use (the software that is).

 

FC Tune seems easier to use thought. has more features and has better look and feel.

 

Is it cheaper do you know? When I bought datalogit I didn't really know the costs of the other packages out there so was a little in the dark.

The main reason for me using datalogit was that there seems to be alot more info/help out there for it. 22b.com has loads of threads on diy mapping with this software.

The FC Tune doesn't seem to have the same community support as datalogit.

Also, datalogit is really easy to use.

Is there a box available to interface using FCTune, other then Data Loggit.
I lothe to pay the money for Data Loggit it seems too expensive for what seems to be a DIY knocked up bit of kit.

 

the german programer who is doing FC tune has just done a box that would cost around 50 USD if produced. the software is a freeware. So it is free

I have FC tune and FC edit installed on my PC, FC Tune looks so professional compare to FC edit. check it out :

the FC box it rather simple but cost 50 USD only. I'm expecting to see a better box coming with analog imput too !

 

I also have FCTune but never really studied or got into it due to the fact it require a Data Loggit interface.

I have used and also have FCEdit.
But have only used a borrowed Data Loggit or mapped via FC commander which is very tedious.

would be good if a 50USD version was made available, or even if it was supplied in kit form I could build it.

 

I would imagine that there is no circuit diagram knocking about for the FCTune box?
