Question Knocking/Tapping sound when cold

1998 STi Type R

ive had the car 2000miles, ever since ive had it ive noticed a knocking/tapping noise at low revs from cold...

after a few minutes the noise goes away and everything is fine.

is this normal? crank trouble!? piston clearance?

?

just to add Engine was rebuilt 2000 miles ago with new crank.
