Need some advise! I have a 95 wrx with the following mods;
ESL postal map
full de-cat
Apexi induction
ported headers
dawes device
Question is would i benefit from changing the 380 injectors to 440's?
Would my Z4 ecu put them to use? Im worried it runs a little lean on wot as my knock link shows abit of activity, and am thinking the slightly bigger injectors would sort it? Or am i completly wrong?
I no injectors should be mapped in but then i would have to buy a pfc or similar, and for my mild mods i dont think its appropriate. Just trying to fix a little glitch! Boost is running 1.1 so surely the 380's are maxed out anyway?

Have a look at Enduring Solutions Limited as they now do a remappable daughterboard (it fits into the slot where you have your chip at the mo).

Speak to them or someone like jollygreenmonster (pm on here or www.jollygreenmonster.co.uk) Scott T (PolarPerformance) to see if they can help.

 

the nocks prob a problem with the map if its a generic one, other than that may be a sensor issue, best bet get it dyno'd and see whats going on with it

 

It may be down to a tired fuel pump, you could try changing that. Regarding the 440's you will need a remap because they will over-fuel and cost you an arm and a leg in fuel.

 

My 380' max out from 5K rpm running 1bar of boost, so yours probably will be too.
