The relay you are looking for is located behind the dashboard on the drivers side.
You need to look up past the fuse box at the bottom of the "A" Post & you will see a metal bracket with 2x Relays attached to it.
One has a green block connector & the other I believe is brown (They are quite difficult to get to but it is possible)
The relay with the Brown connector is the main power relay which supplies the Engine Management System & The Fuel Pump relay with 12v when IGN is switched on.
The Fuel Pump relay should be a Round Metal Can type with a green block containing 4 wires.
It's unlikely that this relay has failed as they are very reliable (but there is always the exeption to the rule!)
It is more likely that you have an alarm fitted and the imobiliser has been wired into the fuel pump wiring causing the problem.
You could also check under the rear seat on the drivers side, there is a 6 way block connector there which connects the veghicle harness to the fuel tank harness. Check for continuity through this connector.
Be carefull when trying to trace the fuel pump feed wire as it changes colour through the car!

i had the exact same problem as you a couple of months ago,
i ended up changing the fuel pump, fuel pump relay and the crank sensor,
which didnt help!
it turned out to be a broken wire between main fuse box and fuel pump relay!
the wires run along the front of the car just behind the bumper,
maybe worth while just having a quick look to see if u can spot any dodgy wires!
i wasnt getn a feed to the relay, are you? can u hear/feel anything when you switch on ignition when you touch the relay?

its also quite common for the wires 2 break just before the plugs under the back seat, try and trace the wire back a little bit and see if your getting a feed, pull off the black tape thats on the wires and test the wire to see if there is a feed at that end if not just move along the wire a bit more
hope this helps m8
i know what ur going thru
