Default any guesses what the problem could be ??

right here goes i have just had the following jobs done to my car in preperation for my re-map.

greddy iridiun plugs.
walbro uprated fuel pump.
de-cat.
hks induction kit

however when i picked up the car it seems to have developed irratic(sp) boost problems and has also started to mis-fire.

it was running at 1bar of boost originaly but now when driving it it goes anywere between 0.6-1.1 bar boost. however the car does seem to be a liitle smoother to drive ?????

the guys who did the job at hypersports and racing have said that because they had to remove the battery i may have to wait a few days for the ecu to reset itself (dont know how true this is)

they have told me to take the car to back to them tomorrow and they will get it hooked up to the laptop

just wandering if you guys could shed any light on this ?????

thanks

wayne

or coilpacks are fragile and the plug change has caused them to fail.

the decat will cause it to boost more.. it is then misfiring and dropping.. unless it is hitting fuel cut.. is it through the screen or hessitation?

fuel cut can be server enough to throw you forward towards windscreen

problem sounds like plugs or coilpacks

ecu learning due to battery off would not cause this btw
