CANT GET TIMING RIGHT!
#2
which tooth was out?
If it is just one tooth then would expect it to run albeit maybe a bit rough (not usual thoguh to be honest)
What are you doing to get it tooth out, which wheel is the one tooth out etc? is it all or just one (my guess right hand side top cam wheel as looking at engine)

you got to make sure all the timing marks and on the cams and crankshaft aligns properly.. i had the same problem till i saw that my cranshaft sprocket was not lined up on the block . Then make sure the 2 cams on the left does move( i used 4 pieces of wood to wedge the cams .. dont follow the white marks on the belt itself as it might be very confusing..
Good luck
