Engine not running smooth on cruise mode
My MY99 scoobie wagon isn't too happy.
I'd before just put it down to dodgy fuel however I think something else is causing it...
If I coast along (anything from 50-70) with my foot resting on the loud peddle to maintain speed, the engine starts getting juddery, as if I pushed the choke in when its cold. If I floor it, it picks up and it fine. When I do give it some stick, some times it goes great, and others it feels a bit less.. Some times the juddering gets bad, you can hear it backfire and pop a little.
I've reset the ECU (green and black plug method) and it helped, but its still there.
Had the lambda sensor change about 3 months ago...
Any ideas???
