clasic driving in diagnostic mode
guys, had a immobilizer fitted yesterday.but to cut a long story short the fitter left the two black plugs+green's connected.
shorthly after leaving his place i had check engine light flashing and i believe the car went into limp mode.by the time i walked back to his place he'd gone.
i drove the car home as easy as i could and its only this morning with the help of some posts on here i found out about the ecu plugs, question is would it do any harm me driving the car in diagnostic mode?

Basically, when all the connectors are connected, you reset the ECU. You then drive it around to reset the ECU and teach it things - once it's reset and fine, the CEL light flashes.
Unplug the connectors and you should be fine.
