they are different colour for each coil.
if you are trying to work out which go where then the darker ones go to the rear of the engine and the lighter to the front..
left to right should hopefully be obvious once loom is on the engine.

thanks for the reply, i am trying to work out if they are the wrong way round, the left and the right banks havent changed just wanted to check that iv got the front and back the right way round. pretty sure the car isnt running on all cylinders, it runs real lumpy for a while then fouls all the plugs up and wont start till i clean them off again, have changed cam and crank sensors, ignitor module, checked timing and replaced the battery. Any thing else i can try ?
thanks

the plugs for the drivers side coil packs are at the front of the engine and the plugs look to be the same colour with the wires being different. Both front and back have a yellow which i assume is a 12v with the other being a switched ground ? do these no fire at the same time ? Running a simtek at the mo but have tried the standard ecu and it throws no codes. changed coolent temp sensor about 10 months ago and no fans dont run all the time. Iv pretty much run out of things to try

the actual coilpack wires are identical in length and the loom wires have the connectors right next to each other so its pretty hard to tell which is the longest, hence asking for the wire colours. Thanks for your help by the way.
