WILL 01 EXHAUST FIT 93 IF I CUT OFF 3RD HANGER?

as above....

ive found an exhaust i want for my 93 wrx. its from a 01. can i just cut off the 3rd hanger on the back box off? i hear that it will fit then.

help would be brilliant please.

The person who told you to cut off the 3rd hanger is correct, this will make it fit any Classic Std exhaust system.

A turbo back exhaust should fit all you need to do is something with one of the back box hangers,

yes a little bit longer, but any powerflow etc custom exhaust place can sort this out for you.

should set you back about £50 or so

The rear silencer will fit, you just need to cut off the 3rd hanger, the difference in length is in the centre pipe, so all you need to do is use your origonal centre section with the 01my rear silencer.
