where do you want to begin?

is the timing set up right? does it crank over ok on the starter motor? is it even coughing and spluttering trying to start?

From my very limited knowledge, if its getting fuel and spark then it points to timing.

Any fault codes stored ??
Have you got the Camshafts fitted correctly - they are stamped Left and Right and if swapped over, there is no way it will start because the Valve timing will be out.
Right Hand Cams - Cylinder 1 and 3 - Drivers Side(Turbo side)
Left Hand Cams - Cylinder 2 and 4 - Passenger Side.

as above +

also coilpack connections (if phase1) are darker plugs to rear cylinders, same with injectors.. if connected wrong you get spark and fuel but at the wrong time and no go..

Also work cleaning the spark plugs as once fouled it won't start.
