There are a few companies that can rebuild them, but best bet is to get a stronger one as looking at your mods, you must be pushing a fair bit of torque and the UK newage box doesn't like that word!
I've got the same car as yours, roughly 290bhp and 300lb ft torque. When mine went I couldn't start the car unless the clutch was pushed down, didn't matter which gear I selected or even if it was in neutral it just wanted to move forwards but didn't actually move as something was locked solid.
Found out when the gearbox went, it took some teeth off the rear diff hence locking everything up and being low loaded home.
I chose to replace mine with a P1 box and diff, but the best bet is a 6-speed STi box if you can afford it. Either that or a straight replacement was approx £500-600 from a Scooby specialist which had been checked over, but then it could always go again!!
Give a few companies a call and find out whats best for you, I tried API, Zen and a few others for advice and they were all very helpfull.
Good luck
