Am looking to upgrade the turbo and injectors on my 53 plate sti type uk, with so many choices of turbos i am still not sure what to go for. suggestions please. Already have many supporting mods just want to make the next step.

 

The type of Turbo is dependent on the amount of power you require (and where in the rev range) plus the amount of budget you have available for the turbo upgrade.

Maybe then you may get some replies which are specific to the info you actually require.

Well around a thousand for the turbo maybe a little more, looking to try and get up towards 380-400bhp and would like a turbo thats comes on boost low down the rev range.

 

yup you want a 321H drives the same as the vf28 but it keeps going where the 28 runs out of puff.
