Default Which oil to use??

Hi there, my 2005 STi is going in for a service this week at Subaru. My question is this: Should I let them supply the oil for the car or should I buy some "better" stuff to give to them.

Mods on the car:

Full 3" Milltek De-cat system
Green panel filter
Jolly Green Monster Re-map
Not exactly sure of bhp but approx 320-330(estimate from JGM)

If I should get some oil which is best?

Thanks for your answers.

Pretty sure subaru will use Shell Helix semi synth 10/40, which is fine.

If you do your own servicing Motul 10/40 (a bit pricey, imho.) or the one i use, Millers cfs 10/60,these are fully synth.

The "0" rated viscosity oils aren't recommended in any Impreza engine, if you do a search you will see,as it's been done to death.

Ask what oil they are going to use beforehand. If it's not fully synthetic, then you will probably find you can buy your own for less than they charge use for theirs.

Recommended oil grades range from 5W/30 to 10W/60, so anything in this range should be fine. Halfords do a race oil which is 5W/50 for £32. Not used it, but saw it the other day and seemed good value for a good grade. Don't know who it's made by, but it must be one of the big oil companies.
