Question for you clever people out there, will it make any difference to the working of a top mount intercooler if the dump valve fitment was moved from the bottom edge to the corner on the side? like this:

(bear mind this to be done on a classic to fit a larger top mount, the pic above is just for illustration) As it is the top mount wont fit as the dv fitment clashs with the inlet manifold.

Also does anyone know someone who could do this work for me and rough cost? Preferably Leicester area.
