Default spark plugs pfr6b or pfr7b??????

alrite guys

as above whats the difference??
which one do i need??
i have a 1998 uk impreza wagon turbo with green filter,prodrive ecu,decat downpipe and decat centre pipe and an sti backbox.

With NGK's the higher the number the colder the plug will run; a plug running too hot can cause unwanted detonation. Standard for you is the 6, you've got a few performance mods so use the 7 with an electrode gap of 0.7mm.

Yup, changed from 6s to 7s, made quite a noticeable difference in perkiness (although my car is more heavily modified).
