mapping scoobyecu

a scoobyecu is not mappable as such.. just a chip or pair of chips with a map on.. you need an epprom programmer and remove and reblow the chip and refit.. long process and not ideal especially if you have never mapped before.
ideally you need to replace it with a live mappable daughter board if mapping is needed rather than the generic map that is on it.

But the Software and cable/dongle are not available to the public, Only authorised dealers.

Ok Thanks guy's
So does this mean you can custom map the car or not?
Im sure it has been custom mapped before I bought it but cant be sure.
The ECU does have Scoobyecu written on it and has the little board soldered onto it as well.
So can it be live mapped on the road so to speak then?
