please can somebody help as my central locking has decided to stop working!

the key fob still sets the alarm on and off and i can lock the car (all four locks) with the key so the motor must be working to lock all four at the same time! just dont want to lock when i press the alarm fob??????

i have a clifford concept 650 alarm and the car is a classic imported impreza.

please any help welcome

when this happened to me it turned out to be the fuse in the feed from the alarm to the central locking. As the alarm was a non standard fit finding the offending fuse took about two hours of rumaging around the car to find the Alarm control box.

 

hey mate thats very helpful actually! ive checked all the other fuses but cant seem to find the alarm box /fuses any idea where they could be?

They could be anywhere, it would depend who fitted ur alarm, the alarm module itself can be anywhere, sometimes in the boot in the wheel arches, behind the dash or in a box on the bulkhead.
