hi i have a 1994 uk turbo impreza, shes running 340 bhp and has just recently developed a hesitation. i have had a fuel pressure regulator fitted about a month ago, and haven't drive hard since. it was only when some norbit in a 330 BM pull up next to me reving his engine that i discovered it.

This only happens when im on full power about 3500 4000 revs, and only happens for a split sec then its fine. any ideas on what this could be??

o i i'll just add that its regularly servied, its had new coil packs, spark plugs, it got the usally mods to produce the power i have.

please help???

 

if the fuel pressure reg is not a like for like replacement the the fuelling will need correcting with a remap

if remapped for fpr already then usual culprit is coilpacks on that age car
