as above. from flat 4 online seem a bit cheap, but anyone know if there any good as an upgrade from a 2004 wrx imtercooler ?

Not sure about those but a secondhand sti one is a straight swap.

Been told by Mocom Racing that the after market top mounts dont come close the the STI standard one unless your getting a decent front mount.

IMO not very good at all, as mentioned above standard top mounts STI ect or a FMIC works best.
