Check coil pack / packs, check and clean plugs, gap to 0.7mm, check / change fuel filter, air filter.

Check ICSV & clean, check for air leaks in inlet pipes after MAF, check MAF ( pull electrical plug out when idling and see if it stalls .. if does, MAF dying/dead ).

put a new set of plugs in it would be where I'd start, did it on ours and it sorted it
