Default Early turbo inlet?

Hi all, just a quick question about fitting an uprated turbo to replace the 90deg outlet td05 on my RA. Can i fit a straight inlet turbo and fit a 90deg samco to join the intake?
Also, what would be a good upgrade without spending to much?

Thanks,Mit

yes you can use a 90 samco or you could buy manifold spacers like theseCarl Davey, specialist Subaru Impreza parts supply
